[Studenttech.announce] Mulberry issues

Last Friday we had a problem with the Mulberry server settings, which  
resulted in a number of people having difficulties using Mulberry to  
access their email.  Although we think we have helped most individuals  
who were impacted by now, if you continue to have difficulties with  
Mulberry, please call the Help Desk at 8847 for assistance.

Now might be a good time to remind everyone that Mulberry is an old  
product that no longer has any vendor support.  If you are still using  
Mulberry, you might think about a time to transition to a new email  
client.  Here is some information about newer email clients for you to  
choose from:

If you choose to stay with Mulberry for now, and if you are having  
problems today, the Help Desk (8847) will reset your preferences in  
order to get you going again.  After this happens, you will need to  
follow these instructions to reconfigure your security settings:

Also, you will need to recreate any custom settings, such as your  
signature.
