[Studenttech.announce] email upgrade Monday, Aug 17, 4-7 AM

ITSS staff will continue work on our major email upgrade this coming  
Monday, August 17, from 4 to 7 AM.  They will finish the conversion to  
new hardware for about two-thirds of UMD email users.  Email will be  
down for those customers during this time frame.

Please sleep in Monday morning, and when you wake up, your email will  
be restored.
