[Studenttech.announce] email upgrade Thursday, Aug 20

ITSS staff will continue work on our major email upgrade Thursday,  
August 20, from 4 to 7 AM.  They will finish the conversion to new  
hardware for about one-third of UMD email users and begin the upgrade  
for a small number.  Email will be down for those customers during  
this time frame.

Get your rest Thursday morning, and when you wake up, your email will  
be restored.
