Our plan to move volunteers off of our slower email servers was  
delayed today.  One of the servers was very slow in the Monday morning  
rush, so we had to delay.  We still plan to move volunteers, but not  
necessarily on the schedule we had planned.

ITSS staff are still working with our vendor, as we are seeing unusual  
behavior.  Because it is a complex architecture involving multiple  
machines, it is difficult to know precisely where the problem is.

We plan to move some more volunteers this evening and early tomorrow  
morning before the rush.  We will also be rebooting a file server at  
5:30 AM.  Some systems will not be available from 5:30 to 6 AM  
tomorrow, Tuesday, April 27.

Thanks for your continued patience.  We are working hard on this.
