[Studenttech.announce] brief webmail problem today

One of our webmail servers was unaccessible today for about half an  
hour.  Following that, some users were missing their address books and  
preferences for an additional hour.  All has been restored now.  We  
apologize to those who may have been impacted by this service outage.   
Please call our help desk at 8847 if you are continuing to experience  
difficulties.
